Fingerprinting
From March 29, 1998 forward, all fingerprinting for USCIS application will be handled by the USCIS. The fee will be $25. Applicants for Naturalization, Adjustment of Status and other immigration benefits where prints are required, should submit a check or money order for $25 separate from the check or money order for the application filing fee.
Dual Citizenship - Mexico
On March 20, 1998, Mexico joined the list of countries allowing dual citizenship. That means that a citizen of Mexico can naturalize as a U.S. citizen and retain his or her Mexican citizenship. For more on dual citizenship, see U.S. Immigration and Citizenship: Your Complete Guide, page 97.
